• Reviewing all existing arrangements in detail
• Serving timely notice on existing contracts to avoid them rolling over
• Tendering / negotiating new supply contracts as and when appropriate (includes monitoring market prices on a continuing basis)
• Transferring supplies, if appropriate and dealing with any transfer issues
• Checking supplier invoices for payments
• Resolving any issues
• Providing reasonable levels of project management to assist with any one-off activities such as installing new energy supplies / meters, upgrading phone systems, opening new sites etc.
